Interculturality has always been part of my life, both personal and professional. I was brought up between the Middle East and boarding school in England, then  - after university and gap years in Asia - I worked in Thailand, the Netherlands, Poland and the UK before arriving in France.  This experience kindled my interest in different ways of behaving, communicating and perceiving the world.

I’ve spent the past 15 years supporting large organisations and some of their key people to deliver results internationally. I coach managers leading complex international projects, and facilitate project meetings and team-building events.  My clients gain confidence in their ability to build rapport, to get buy-in for their ideas and influence people.

I also enjoy running workshops which develop the mindset and skills to be effective across borders. I am particularly interested in the interplay between personality and culture.

I work in English and in French.
